As a child, I watched my mom bake cakes that looked like she had been trained at Better Homes & Gardens. As young moms, my sister and I took a cake decorating class to teach us to make birthday cakes for our children. At the end of the class, I was hooked!
In the ensuing years, I studied cooking in every teaching kitchen I could get to including Le Cordon Bleu in London. TaDah! is the result of many of those classes.
I enjoy party planning almost as much as I enjoy baking. I hope you enjoy looking at my creations as much as I enjoyed making them.
